RCS contributes to “IBM Power Security Catalog” Redbook

RCS is pleased to announce the release of the Draft Redbook entitled “IBM Power Security Catalog”! This publication is intended to provide users of the IBM Power platform a clear and concise guide to implement security on all layers of the IBM Power infrastructure in the most efficient way possible.

The “IBM Power Security Catalog” illustrates the most effective ways of implementing security across all the different components of the Power infrastructure, from the system hardware, to the various management platforms (HMC,CMC), the virtualization layer (PowerVM, PowerVC), the operating systems (AIX, IBM i, Linux, Red Hat OpenShift), other related technologies (PowerSC), as well as on the cloud (PowerVS). We also provided you resources and information on which organizations have worked with IBM to implement a fully-secure and reliable platform to run your critical business.

We are very thankful for the opportunity to participate in this wonderful project writing a publication under the very capable leadership of Tim Simon (IBM), and an amazing group of individuals from across the globe.
